We collect information you provide when creating an account or profile, including your name, email address, username, birthdate or age-gate information, profile details, profile photos, posts, comments, reports, and lineup-pick activity. We also collect app interaction data, device identifiers used for notifications and security, and location information when you grant permission.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve the ShowFlex service, personalize your experience, process lineup picks and leaderboard rankings, communicate updates and support, and ensure platform integrity.

3. Firebase & Third-Party Services

ShowFlex uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in, Cloud Firestore for data storage, Firebase Storage for profile media, Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications, and Firebase App Check for abuse prevention. These services may collect and process data according to Google's privacy policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help operate the platform, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of ShowFlex and its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, protect platform integrity, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can delete your account and associated personal data from Help & Support in the app.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data. To exercise these rights outside the in-app controls, use the ShowFlex support page or email support@showflex.app.

7. Children's Privacy

ShowFlex is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of ShowFlex after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
