1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShowFlex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ShowFlex is a bodybuilding competition companion with event coverage, community features, and accuracy-point lineup picks. Users rank athlete placements and earn points for exact final-position hits.

3. Independence

ShowFlex is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by IFBB Pro League, NPC, Olympia, or individual event organizers. Organization, athlete, show, and event names are used to identify bodybuilding competition information.

4. Lineup Points and No Cash Value

Lineup picks are points-only entertainment scoring. Points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed, and are not a prize or financial instrument.

ShowFlex does not offer cash prizes, deposits, withdrawals, wagering, gambling, betting, fantasy sports payouts, sweepstakes entries, crypto, real-money rewards, or financial products.

5. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a ShowFlex account. Some event and editorial areas may be available as a guest. Community features, profile features, and lineup picks require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within ShowFlex are the property of ShowFlex and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant ShowFlex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, review, moderate, and distribute your content within the platform. When the app tells you that a submission will be shared with a named moderation provider, tapping the submission action gives ShowFlex permission to share that submission with the identified provider for safety review. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: manipulate predictions or exploit bugs; harass, impersonate, or deceive other users; upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShowFlex is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShowFlex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
